Arnie Naiman is mostly known for his clawhammer versions of traditional and original tunes. His latest recording - released in 2016 and featuring instrumental banjo music - entitled My Lucky Stars - was nominated for solo instrumental artist of the year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards. Arnie has performed with Uncle Henry’s Favourites, Hannah Shira Naiman, Chris Coole, the Banjo Special, Ragged but Right, and the Albemarle Ramblers. His first recordings - shared with Chris Coole - 5 Strings Attached With No Backing vols 1 &2 - earned him great recognition.
