Luke Richardson music rolls with the arresting and subtle beauty of the TN Valley where he lives with his family. With an intuitive ability to match the fiddle, both on banjo and harmonica, Luke pushes the music along with grace, ease, and drive. A practitioner of clawhammer and several styles of fingerstyle banjo, Luke explores the potential of the instrument in a strikingly creative and regionally–informed way. Since 2006, Luke’s skill and passion for Old Time Music has taken him across North America and to Europe; he has taught banjo at Swannanoa, Breaking Up Winter,
