Tray Wellington

An upcoming young player, Tray Wellington is equally at home in a variety of musical genres, ranging from traditional bluegrass to bebop. He been mentored by such banjo greats as Scott Vestal, and Bela Fleck, has already played at some of the biggest bluegrass festivals in the country, and was awarded the 2019 IBMA Momentum Instrumentalist of the Year Award.  Tray's teaching videos sponsored by Deering Banjos can be found on YouTube.
